Responsibilities

  • Proficient in the support needs of PCO, COST and Skip Recovery Specialist job functions
  • Learn and utilize a wide variety of departmental reports to assist with establishing goals and meeting objectives
  • Manages team assignments and meeting company standards and objectives set
  • Assist with leading the development and training of team members
  • Assists department leadership with conducting meetings, ensuring daily and weekly game plans are communicated and understood
  • Provide guidance and training to all personal, as well as assisting with manager escalations
  • Coach team to provide excellent internal and external customer service via phone, email, and tickets
  • Provide proactive leadership to the team to achieve maximum performance that results in a method consistent with Bridgecrest’s vision and values
  • Create and maintain a culture of positive change management for the LM Specialty teams towards the goal of being best in class
  • Complete scheduled and ad hoc projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
