Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT supervisory experience or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in server, network, client devices, advanced A/V configuration and support
- Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and macOS environments
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN configurations
- Experience with firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions
- Ability to write and debug scripts in PowerShell, Bash, and Python
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
- Deliver white glove IT support to senior leadership
- Build relationships and collaborate with other departments
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Monitor and analyze system performance
- Enforce security policies and procedures
- Oversee IT projects
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems
- Provide technical support to users
- Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and advancements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred
- Experience with IT project management methodologies
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Expertise in VMware, Hyper-V, and other virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and other database systems
- Experience with monitoring tools like PRTG or Solarwinds
