Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, technical support, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • Experience with AR VR hardware or technology.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Project management experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics specialists and technical support personnel.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the resources to succeed.
  • Oversee the entire logistics process, from receiving and inventory management to distribution and returns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of AR hardware to internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Oversee the provision of technical support to users of AR hardware and software.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and user inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Implement processes for troubleshooting, bug triage, and RMA management.
  • Develop long-term plans for logistics and technical support operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Forecast future needs and ensure scalability of operations.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental budgets and resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on team performance, project progress, and key metrics.
  • Conduct post-mortem investigations of significant events and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
