Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

Responsibilities
- Process and assemble tax returns, while ensuring accuracy of client deliverables
- Organize & scan work papers using office technology
- Data entry and verification using internet-based software programs
- Compare data sets to ensure consistency
- Process engagement letters and other client related documents
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Prioritize workflow and deadlines, while practicing good time and project management skills
- Interact professionally with internal and external clients while handling inquiries effectively and in an organized and courteous manner.
