Requirements
- 3+ years of tax provision and / or tax compliance experience in a public company or large accounting firm setting.
- B.S. Degree in Accounting required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Avalara
- Experience with property, sales and use taxes
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with advisor to prepare sales and use tax returns and unclaimed property
- Prepare business license, property tax and similar state and local returns
- Assist with the preparation quarterly and annual global tax provisions using OneSource Tax Provision software
- Assist with the Preparation of U.S., and state tax returns using OneSource Income Tax software
- Research and document findings related to U.S. federal and state tax issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference may be given to candidates with CPA’s or CPA candidates with part passed or other advance degrees
- Experience with data mining in ERP system with experience with SAP a plus
- OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision software experience
- Experience with SAP
- Manufacturing Industry Experience
