Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree must be in progress for DC/Remote Internships and applicants need to have completed at least two years of undergraduate study.
- Experience/interest in human resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Cross-cultural experience and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Program and project management on key talent programming initiatives;
- Researching industry best practices;
- Creating and disseminating internal resources supporting talent program participants and managers;
- Participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support.
