Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
- Hands-on experience supporting talent programs such as performance management, talent reviews, feedback, succession planning, or internal mobility
- Global perspective—you’ve worked across cultures and time zones, and can flex your approach accordingly
- Strong project management and organizational skills—you can keep things moving and deliver with quality
- Data-savvy—you’re comfortable working with talent and people data, and translating it into insights and action
- A clear communicator and natural collaborator who builds trust and works well across functions
- Curious, adaptable, and energized by building—you’re excited by the blank space and comfortable figuring things out
- Passionate about talent, development, and the employee experience—you believe in people and their potential
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and evolution of key talent programs—performance management, continuous feedback, recognition, internal mobility, promotions, and succession planning
- Help run the rhythm of the business for talent reviews and calibration processes, ensuring consistency and impact across regions and teams
- Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, People Tech, and business leaders to bring talent strategies to life
- Build and maintain toolkits, templates, and enablement resources that make talent processes intuitive, inclusive, and actionable for managers and employees
- Analyze talent data and trends, turning insights into compelling stories and practical recommendations
- Partner on the design and implementation of career frameworks and development paths to help employees navigate growth
- Support talent assessment efforts, helping teams better understand skills, strengths, and future potential
- Help evolve our approach to competencies and capability building across the organization
- Jump into high-priority projects across the talent space—we’re a small, agile team, and no two days are the same
