Requirements
- 10+ years of combined experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR Business Partner roles, or other related functions
- 5+ years specifically in a Talent Management capacity
- Experience facilitating training programs, talent calibration conversations, and development-focused offsites
- Experience designing or implementing tools such as competency models, career ladders, or development frameworks across a company
- Experience managing large-scale rollouts of People programs, including stakeholder engagement and change management
- Familiarity with systems such as Workday, Culture Amp, or similar HR technologies
- Experience using research or data to shape or inform People program design
- Experience co-developing solutions with business leaders or cross-functional partners
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Business & Organizational Capability (BOC) team and cross-functional collaborators to co-create impactful People programs such as performance management, internal mobility, development frameworks, and learning pathways
- Facilitate training programs, talent calibration sessions, team offsites, and other development-focused sessions across all levels of the company
- Use design thinking, research, and data to create user-centered programs and tools that support employee growth and manager effectiveness
- Own or co-own major People Products such as Learning & Development, Manager Training, or Engagement Surveys
- Guide and support rollout strategies for new frameworks like competency models, career ladders, and internal development tools
- Help influence key stakeholders and communicate recommendations effectively with senior leaders
- Apply strong business acumen to ensure all programs are aligned to organizational goals and drive measurable results

- Instructional design experience
- Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology
- Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and present clearly to executive audiences
