Requirements

  • Work closely with Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development and Organizational Development Leadership and other organizational stakeholders to support strategic talent planning priorities
  • Execute the coordination of talent planning and succession management activities to achieve business goals
  • Leverage an agile, growth mindset to improve organizational talent and succession processes
  • Increase connections and support a strong organizational culture
  • Independently build strong relationships across the organization to empower success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in business, organizational behavior, HR management, or related field
  • Experience in talent and succession management, learning and development, and consulting
