Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication.
- Comfortable working with confidential information (e.g., NDAs, offer letters).
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office; ATS experience a plus but not required.
- Team player with a proactive, flexible attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm interviews manually across multiple time zones (no ATS automation).
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining timely communication.
- Draft and coordinate offer letters for both salaried and hourly candidates.
- Facilitate pre-boarding tasks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Conduct pre-screen calls focused on NDA discussions and logistics.
- Collect signed NDAs and maintain accurate candidate documentation.
- Provide white-glove support through each phase of the candidate lifecycle.
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and tracking talent pipelines.
- Maintain candidate spreadsheets and ensure up-to-date records.
- Coordinate and support recruiting events for hourly hiring initiatives.
- Partner with event leads and recruiting teams to ensure event success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting both salaried and hourly hiring.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environment.
