Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP/People Strategy/Talent experience
- Demonstrated success influencing Director‑level leaders and above in a matrixed reporting environment
- Strong analytical acumen; comfort with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and data visualization tools (e.g. Visier)
- Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment law and core HR disciplines (e.g. Talent/Employee Relations, Total Rewards/Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Purpose & Inclusion, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field—or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Talent Solutions: Collaborate cross-functionally to build and execute org and talent strategies—covering workforce planning, org design, succession, and change management—that address the complexity and pace of a global, matrixed tech environment.
- Be a Trusted Coach: Guide leaders through complex challenges in org design, team dynamics, conflict management, and talent development—shaping high-impact teams through insight and influence.
- Enhance Talent Processes: Collaborate with centralized Talent teams (Total Rewards, Performance Strategy, etc.) to implement cyclical processes and drive improvements for Technology teams.
- Enable People Leaders: Equip managers with practical, data-informed guidance to lead, develop, and hold their teams accountable—raising the bar on performance.
- Navigate the Grey Areas: Provide clear, balanced counsel as you lead nuanced employee relations cases, investigations, and organizational changes—acting quickly with integrity and sound judgment.
- Champion High Performance Culture: Champion feedback, coaching, and development practices that embed a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Turn Insights into Action to Drive a Better Employee Experience: Leverage employee voice data, listening strategies, and engagement metrics to shape action plans that drive meaningful, measurable impact (i.e. attract, retain and develop high performing talent).
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years supporting Technology leaders (e.g. engineering, data science, or product) in Human Resources or Business Partnership role
- Experience working across global or multi‑site technical organizations
- Advanced degree or HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP/‑SCP, CHRL)
- Formal training in coaching, organization design, or change management
