Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferred experience with technical recruitment.
- Experience managing an internship or campus recruiting program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing projects in recruitment with keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the campus audience.
- Create and maintain relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations.
- Attend and organize campus recruiting events, job fairs, and networking sessions to engage with prospective candidates.
- Recruit and manage PrizePicks internship program
- Recruit entry-level to mid-level positions as needed
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing consistent communication and support.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts.
