Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, identifying, and qualifying high quality candidates through LinkedIn, cold calling, employee referrals, campus recruitment, etc.
  • Management of a successful full cycle recruiting process for initial interviews to start date.
  • Deliver on quarterly hiring goals.
  • Contribute to the overall team success in meeting company-wide hiring goals.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities such as: marketing, social media, administrative duties, and campus events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
  • 1-2 years of high-quality, high-volume recruiting is a plus, but not requirement.
