Responsibilities
- Sourcing, identifying, and qualifying high quality candidates through LinkedIn, cold calling, employee referrals, campus recruitment, etc.
- Management of a successful full cycle recruiting process for initial interviews to start date.
- Deliver on quarterly hiring goals.
- Contribute to the overall team success in meeting company-wide hiring goals.
- Assist with additional responsibilities such as: marketing, social media, administrative duties, and campus events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
- 1-2 years of high-quality, high-volume recruiting is a plus, but not requirement.
