Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or program management, with a focus on high-touch coordination and process optimization
- Ability to handle executive-level scheduling, work with EAs, and navigate confidential, time-sensitive requests
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally at various levels
- A process-driven mentality, with experience managing knowledge bases, implementing best practices, and running audits
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience
- Experience using ServiceNow and Greenhouse
Responsibilities
- Lead high-touch executive candidate recruiting support, ensuring a seamless and white-glove candidate experience while managing complex scheduling with urgency and confidentiality
- Own and drive TA operations, leading department meetings, reinforcing best practices, and maintaining compliance through weekly audits
- Enhance recruiting events and experiences, overseeing logistics, branding, and onsite execution to create a standout employer presence
- Oversee the TA Hub and Support Channel, ensuring a centralized, up-to-date resource for all recruiting processes while providing hands-on support to the team
- Drive cross-functional TA initiatives, optimizing workflows, improving efficiencies, and spearheading high-impact projects to elevate the recruiting function
