  • Experience using ServiceNow and Greenhouse

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-touch executive candidate recruiting support, ensuring a seamless and white-glove candidate experience while managing complex scheduling with urgency and confidentiality
  • Own and drive TA operations, leading department meetings, reinforcing best practices, and maintaining compliance through weekly audits
  • Enhance recruiting events and experiences, overseeing logistics, branding, and onsite execution to create a standout employer presence
  • Oversee the TA Hub and Support Channel, ensuring a centralized, up-to-date resource for all recruiting processes while providing hands-on support to the team
  • Drive cross-functional TA initiatives, optimizing workflows, improving efficiencies, and spearheading high-impact projects to elevate the recruiting function
