Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an in-house full-cycle recruiter.
  • High volume recruitment experience supporting mid to senior level roles in Sales, Customer Success, and/or Marketing.
  • Experience working with ATS/HRIS systems (Greenhouse and Workday experience is a plus).
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Take an ownership mentality and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles within the Commercial Organization (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Creative, and G&A functions).
  • Work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the global people team to strategically build high-performing, diverse teams.
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience, from first outreach to offer stage.
  • Actively source for niche and high-impact roles, ensuring inclusive and well-balanced pipelines.
  • Identify top talent and continuously refine and optimize our interview processes to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Train teams to become better in recruiting, ensuring the quality of hires.
  • Help maintain our company culture amongst a fast-growing team.
  • Develop new innovative ways to reach new talent.
