Requirements
- Minimum completion of a University of a Sciences degree in IT or equivalent areas
- Professional (5 years of experience)
- Experience with High Risk projects
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional skills in Microsoft Visual Studio for Vb.NET, C# and Python programming
- Professional skills of AI technology (Machine Learning, etc.)
- Good English Skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, design and improve the operational systems, processes and policies to support Magna’s Top Priorities: World Class Manufacturing, Innovation, Leadership Development
- Develop linkages to ensure alignment and accountability regarding continuous improvement within the divisions
- Share best practices and lessons learned across the divisions
- Review project performance and prepare status reports
- Stay intricately connected with technology, commercial and product applications to maintain a deep knowledge of current developments in the product line
- Understand customer needs and then identify and implement process improvements aligned with customer
- Analyze relevant data to identify large scale improvement opportunities
- Monitor and measure the impact of changes implemented
- Develop metrics and analyze data for process measurement identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operational systems and processes
- Use AI technology for data analysis and data prediction
