Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph
- Bachelors degree + seven years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting the customer in a logistics/facility capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of customer’s facility upgrade and move processes and procedures
Responsibilities
- Provides logistics and facilities support to all customers within the organization.
- Logistics support consists of serving as a Responsible Officer (RO) for all customer accountable property accounts.
- Responsible for ensuring accountable property is kept in compliance for all customer accounts.
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures to all ROs throughout the org.
- Must have knowledge of the entire logistics lifecycle from procurement through disposal.
- Helpful to have working knowledge of customer’s accountable property system.
- Facilities support consists of coordinating, tracking, and updating status for all facilities projects within customer spaces.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing facilities projects at the same time is a must.
- Distribute meeting minutes for all facilities project meetings and brief management on status.
