Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or a related STEM field, or related equivalent additional experience of 4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.
  • 6+ years of working experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process or systems engineering of large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture environments residing in cloud, on premise, or hybrid infrastructures.
  • 6+ years of experience working systems engineering in government or industry.
  • Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience.
  • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages.
  • Experience in integrating spectral data into spectral exploitation tools (HSI).
  • Active Secret Clearance and must be willing to upgrade clearance to TS/SCI and sit for and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customers request- Contract requires TS/SCI with poly.

Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements engineering, solution design, scheduling, reliability, resiliency analysis, integration, testing, and evaluation across NSG, ASG, and federal systems.
  • Analyze and trace user needs and system architectures, and identify opportunities to enhance or automate existing systems.
  • Assess and review cloud service capabilities, workflows, and scheduling constraints.
  • Translate mission and customer needs into system and capability requirements.
  • Support system architecture development and allocation of requirements across components and programs.
  • Conduct system integration and support end-to-end technical efforts.
  • Assist in conducting Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Course of Actions (CoAs), trade studies, and engineering evaluations.
  • Contribute to strategic technical planning, project management, risk assessment, and interface design activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work experience.
