Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Administrator, MS Exchange, and Microsoft Office environments.
  • Systems engineering experience with focus on AI products and different AI agents such as CoPilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and/or GenAI.
  • Effective leadership skills and experience leading and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating openness, honesty, and the ability to effectively navigate challenging situations by knowing when to step in and advocate while maintaining professionalism.
  • Capacity and openness to learn about new products that get onboarded as the department grows.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical lead on a level II support team, allowing the growth and development of fellow associates’ technical and leadership qualities.
  • Assist in building up support for multiple AI products that engineering product teams are working to implement in Walmart’s environment.
  • Provide next level customer support using various administrative tools and applications on issues that require advanced troubleshooting methods.
  • Investigate trending issues that we receive as intake and work towards resolution of these issues, with or without engineering assistance, while working towards solutions to prevent the trends from reoccurring again.
  • Work towards establishing new processes and ways of working or improve current processes to increase productivity or improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams in working towards larger departmental goals, projects, product information, and training purposes.
  • Upkeep current knowledge base articles and documentation for product support that will allow for increased productivity and improved training for future onboarded associates or training of support desks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • User administrator experience.
  • Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area.
  • Knowledge in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
