Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum of 3 years experience with documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies
- Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Responsibilities
- Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a web application system
- Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and leads requirements gathering meetings
- Creates feature test strategies and environment needs to support cloud based web applications
- Documents and executes or oversees execution of test cases for end-to-end testing
- Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business
- Applies and mentors use of tools to define requirements anticipating business need to support Crisis Management Services
- Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement. Support audit reviews and provide evidence
- Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements
- Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs
- Researches and troubleshoots productions issues. Support verification and testing of data imports and exports of the system
- Facilitates and supports User Acceptance Testing in working with business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing/product quality processes tools and methods strongly preferred
- Project management experience and training in facilitation strongly preferred
