Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with system administration
- Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system hardware, software, and networking issues
- Experience configuring, optimizing, fine-tuning, and monitoring operating system software and hardware
- Experience performing system backups and recovery
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
- DoD IAT Level II Certification
Responsibilities
- Ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available
- Help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management
- Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network
- Turn metrics into information and articulate their meaning
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or Sun Certified System Administrator (SCSA) Certification
