Requirements
- 4-6 years’ experience in Systems Administration
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience with Intune, VMWare AirWatch/Workspace One or other enterprise level MDM platforms
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Apple iOS, OSX and other mobile platforms, both hardware and software/OS
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols to include carrier networks such as Verizon, and ATT
- Experience in Project Management methods
Responsibilities
- Maintain Overall Health and Management for all mobile devices; DEP, VPP, VMWare AirWatch console, coordinate updates on SaaS platform with vendor, Apple iOS management and SME
- MDM SME for internal DaVita teams; to include MCOE, HS Acutes Mobile, Villagehealth, RX IT, Enterprise Messaging and IT Service Excellence
- Deploy and maintain customized applications for the Village (Private App Store)
- Ability to automate common procedures and continuously look for and execute on opportunities to improve services and teammate experiences
- Create and maintain documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Configuration Documentation, Policy Documentation, Knowledge Based Articles and Training Documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred, combination of education and progressively responsible work experience in related area may be substituted in lieu of degree
