Requirements
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in IT Systems Administration

Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management for macOS and Windows fleet
- Deploy, configure, and manage macOS endpoints using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain the office network infrastructure
- Administer the company’s Google Workspace environment
- Oversee the administration, integration, and security of various Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications
- Proactively monitor IT systems for performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and operational improvements
- Assist with the production and running of monthly All-Hands meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience providing IT support and systems administration within a technology or software development company
- Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure, services, and costs within AWS cloud environments
- Experience administering resources, users, and services within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with or experience leveraging AI tools to enhance IT operations, automation, monitoring, or end-user support
- Live event production experience
