Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Healthcare, or related field is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years of relevant experience in information technology, healthcare, or management related fields may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Five (5) years of information technology, healthcare operations, or related experience is required.
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and implement Epic applications (Procedure Orders, ClinDoc, ASAP, Home Health, & Stork) and other third-party applications for Hospital Sisters Health System.
- Provide project management, maintenance support, and departmental systems implementation from planning through activation to include post-implementation support.
- Manage the coordination and support between the Epic clinical teams including Clinical Documentation, Procedure Orders, Stork, with other Information Technology Services (ITS) departments as well as between the System and local ministries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic certification in clinical applications such as Procedures Orders, ClinDoc or Stork is preferred.
