Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a dedicated, high-performing team driving the development of advanced datalink products, delivering secure, mission-critical solutions to our channel-facing partners.
- Contribute to all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle, including trade studies, system architecture, requirements definition and allocation, traceability, integration, verification, and qualification.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful execution of key program milestones.
- Provide systems engineering support for bids and proposals, contributing to technical strategy and solution development.
- Minimal travel required, with the potential for 1–4 trips per year depending on program needs.
