Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in developing/designing system requirements and architectures for operational systems
- Experience with complex system integration
- Experience with Test plans & procedure development
- Experience with development of training documentation
- Experience with working in a near real-time operations environment
- Experience with the troubleshooting and mitigation of operational system anomalies
Responsibilities
- Work as an effective member of a badge less team
- Interface with external system partners, program employees, and customers to accomplish certain tasks
- Provide on-call support to lead the resolution of system issues
- May require certification in at least one certified operator position
Preferred Qualifications
- Good presentation, coordination, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to proactively complete assigned tasks, and identify/work real-time/high priority tasks without direction
- Experience in system dynamics, analysis, and determination
- Experience in working with developers/factories on integrating delivered systems
- Operational experience
- Experience with personnel management
- Experience developing and maintaining tools to support analysis and tasks
- Ability to Travel (a few times per year)
