Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Basic understanding of system development life cycles, hardware/software integration, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with end users and technical teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow technical expertise in a supervised environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
  • U.S. Citizen (for clearance)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, development, and customization of software and hardware systems.
  • Support implementation efforts for new systems and upgrades to existing infrastructure.
  • Participate in design, engineering evaluation, and testing of software or equipment.
  • Contribute to configuration management processes and maintain accurate system documentation.
  • Perform basic analysis and modeling to identify solutions for customer or internal issues.
  • Work closely with end users to gather feedback and improve system usability.
  • Provide support and assistance during user training sessions as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose technical alternatives to optimize system performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with configuration management and system documentation practices is a plus.
