Requirements
- Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or related degree or 3-5 years of related experience with demonstrated knowledge
- 5 – 7 years of job related experience
- Knowledge of Windows based hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, switches, routers, cabling and other hardware and connectivity related products
- General working knowledge of telecommunication systems
- Knowledge of a Windows based network including active directory along with Microsoft and other software products
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong training and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Supports and analyzes Fidelity’s IT Systems, including PC workstations, laptops, servers, peripherals, software and telephones
- Provides support of communications on WAN/LAN as well as remote connectivity
- Provides project support as required
- Analyzes current hardware and software to make recommendations
- Participates in identifying, planning and deploying Fidelity’s IT needs
- Provides IT support for daily operations
