Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service in providing information to callers and directing calls to appropriate personnel
  • Process internal and external calls through an integrated computer telephone system
  • Utilize department nutrition software and communication applications
  • Help patients order through receiving room service calls and proactively reach out to patients
  • Handle hospital personnel and patient calls with superior customer service
  • Answer nutrition-based questions within scope and relay information to appropriate staff members
