- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global wholesale strategy to drive revenue, optimize market penetration, and strengthen brand positioning.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with major U.S. and international department stores.
- Identify and expand into new global markets, ensuring strategic alignment with brand objectives.
- Develop tailored market strategies for North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, ensuring cultural and business model adaptability.
- Oversee seasonal wholesale market planning, forecasting, and sales execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals and retail needs.
- Serve as the key relationship manager for wholesale partners, ensuring strong collaborations and long-term growth.
- Negotiate optimal terms, distribution agreements, and pricing structures to enhance profitability.
- Lead sell-in and sell-through strategies, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance.
- Develop and oversee exclusive capsule collections, special collaborations, and in-store activations to drive retail excitement.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global wholesale sales team, providing strategic guidance and performance accountability.
- Partner with Merchandising, Finance, Planning, and Marketing to ensure cohesive execution of product and promotional strategies.
- Oversee wholesale financial planning, sales projections, and inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and revenue optimization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to stay ahead in the premium denim space.
- Drive brand elevation in wholesale by ensuring consistency in product presentation, marketing, and customer experience across all retail partners.
- Partner with Marketing and PR to develop wholesale-specific campaigns, in-store events, and digital activations that drive sell-through.
- Ensure brand integrity across wholesale touchpoints, maintaining premium positioning and exclusivity.
