Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Total Rewards leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive role
  • Deep expertise in broad-based compensation
  • Experience in the design, implementation and management of global benefits and retirement programs
  • Experience advising C-suite executives and working with Board Compensation Committees
  • Solid knowledge of global compensation and benefits regulations, including SEC, FASB, IFRS, ERISA, and regional labor laws and experience of working with European Works Councils
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex total rewards programs in multinational environments
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills
  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to influence and earn trust at the highest level in the organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and talent strategy
  • Champion pay equity and global pay transparency to drive employee engagement and inclusion
  • Lead Global M&A integration strategies related to compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
  • Build strong partnership with the Global Incentive Compensation function to support the business through a holistic view of compensation
  • Drive global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay-for-performance culture
  • Design and deliver broad-based compensation programs on time and on budget including salary structures, merit, promotions, and compensation policies
  • Develop annual compensation budgets and lead long range plan initiatives
  • Lead OTE (On Target Earnings) and TDC (Total Direct Compensation – including stock) market reviews to ensure that we maintain our desired competitive position
  • Ensure compliance with global pay regulations (e.g. EU Pay Directive, US Pay Transparency, Global Pay Reports and other pay equity laws and disclosure requirements)
  • Conduct regular pay equity audits to ensure fairness and competitive positioning
  • Leverage data analytics, predictive modelling, and ES technology to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs and drive strategic decision-making
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on compensation and market trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a publicly traded or multinational company preferred
  • Experience building, leading and working with teams spanning multiple geographies
  • Experience in working in fast-paced environments including large enterprise software companies
  • Industry savvy, up to date, and energized by current and future industry trends on compensation and benefits
