Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in market intelligence, consumer insights, publishing analytics, or a related field, with 7+ years in executive leadership roles
  • Strong track record in qualitative and quantitative consumer research, leading large-scale audience segmentation, market sizing, and predictive analytics
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize data and translate insights into strategic recommendations that identify growth opportunities, drive revenue and player engagement
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team to leverage AI, data analytics, and machine learning to predict consumer trends and optimize business decisions
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present complex data narratives to senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to influence and drive business decisions using data
  • Proficiency in analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s research and insights strategy to support business objectives
  • Lead a team of researchers, data analysts, and strategists to uncover meaningful insights
  • Serve as a thought leader, advising executive leadership on industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging market opportunities
  • Partner with marketing, product, and strategy teams to ensure insights drive business growth
  • Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, ethnographic studies, and behavioral analytics
  • Conduct deep dives into consumer trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics
  • Develop segmentation models and personas to optimize targeting and customer engagement
  • Leverage advanced analytics, AI, and big data to enhance insights and forecasting capabilities
  • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis to executive leadership, ensuring insights are actioned for optimization and strategic pivots
  • Oversee measurement frameworks to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, technology, and finance, to ensure insights inform strategic priorities
  • Present research findings and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Foster a data-driven culture by educating teams on best practices in research and analytics
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and shifting consumer behaviors
