Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in higher education administration, career services, and/or assessment
- Experience with First Destination Surveys is a big plus
- Adept with data and proficient in Excel
- Survey administration experience using Qualtrics, Alchemer, or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, trusted relationships
- Ability to balance multiple workstreams and build processes where needed
- Attention to detail for managing survey projects with lots of moving parts
Responsibilities
- Work directly with higher education clients administering alumni surveys from onboarding to data delivery
- Serve as a strategic partner sharing survey best practices
- Guide institutions through their resulting data, helping them to make meaning and plan actions
- Track survey progress and keep clients on schedule
- Address errors and surface opportunities for improvement of the survey program
