Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in higher education administration, career services, and/or assessment
  • Experience with First Destination Surveys is a big plus
  • Adept with data and proficient in Excel
  • Survey administration experience using Qualtrics, Alchemer, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, trusted relationships
  • Ability to balance multiple workstreams and build processes where needed
  • Attention to detail for managing survey projects with lots of moving parts

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with higher education clients administering alumni surveys from onboarding to data delivery
  • Serve as a strategic partner sharing survey best practices
  • Guide institutions through their resulting data, helping them to make meaning and plan actions
  • Track survey progress and keep clients on schedule
  • Address errors and surface opportunities for improvement of the survey program
