Requirements
- Current American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
- 7 year minimal experience in Quality Control
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Responsibilities
- Inspecting Zeeco equipment at fabricators within Tulsa metro area and up to 30% travel out of state
- Experience with dimensional inspection
- Experience conducting and witnessing welding procedure qualification and welder qualifications
- Experience conducting coating inspection to SSPC, NACE & ISO specifications
- Experience conducting refractory inspection to API 936 specification
Preferred Qualifications
- Magnetic Particle Testing / Yoke method
- Dye Penetrant Testing
- Radiographic film interpretation
- Ultrasonic Testing (optional)
- PMI Testing (optional)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints
