Responsibilities

  • Deploying and installing software to corporate and global branch servers
  • Documenting dataflow process improvements, new procedures, and troubleshooting methods
  • Maintaining accurate and complete documentation
  • Providing support during and after normal business hours
  • Extensive debugging/error log research
  • Work with multiple support teams to address urgent Distribution support issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge/experience with network routing/protocols, firewalls and TCP/IP
  • Experience using SQL
  • Experience working with agile development
