Requirements
- Handle appointment scheduling for in-field nurses
- Review and organize CareEnhance Clinical Management Software (CCMS)
- Manage Electronic Medical Records (EMR) pre-enrollment database system
- Schedule assessments for field staff (Nurses and/or Enrollment 50+)
- Maneuver multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain focus in an environment with distractions
- Contribute creative solutions and ownership of daily assignments
- Follow protocol and use logical reasoning to escalate situations appropriately
- Maintain daily tracking reports for Nurses and managed services organizations
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for in-field nurses
- Handle calls relating to scheduling
- Map out travel distance to appointments
- Generate daily appointment availability reports
- Section reports by language needs and County
- Assist with appointment rescheduling activities
- Document in electronic medical records
- Prepare special scheduling projects for SHP and CC
- Schedule activities for management review
- Perform additional duties as requested
