Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in supply chain management
- 5+ years of experience working in the DoD supply system
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and manages supply chain streams and solutions
- Applies basic Department of Defense (DoD) supply support principles, theories and concepts, and industry knowledge
- Solves routine and unique problems of increased complexity
- Recognizes and refers problems above scope to higher levels
- Works both individually and under supervision
- Follow established procedures to release parts for Fleet units and various inventory control points
- Coordinate with commodity managers, fleet users, and manufacturers to correct and eliminate material discrepancies and shortages
- Analyze usage data and monitor available stock levels
- Fill out government forms to transfer custody, dispose of, and move property accurately
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Model-Based Product Support (MBPS)
- Possession of strong verbal communication skills
- Possession of Logistics and IPS training
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Logistics
