Supply Change Supervisor

University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)

Directly supervises team of support employees in day-to-day activities.
Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and internal Pratt & Whitney stakeholders to identify, develop, and manage projects related to new and used parts inventory across our product lines.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of engines and parts nomenclature and configuration, with focus on accessories and components.
Support EIS programs with parts management
Utilize SAP systems, MS Excel and Power BI to perform analyses, provide recommendations to projects and initiatives, and to improve the effectiveness of the team.
Support both long-term and short-term strategies that drive inventory and financial commitments to RTX.
Influence a wide range of functional groups (Finance, Customer Service, product line management and others) to respond to customer inquiries and meet customer expectations.
Participates in establishing plans and maintaining data for purchased parts, subassemblies, end items and other parts as required.
Participates in developing plans to minimize risks for short-term shortages and ensures successful customer delivery.
Participates in tracking inter/intra-plant work in process (WIP), promise dating, and may expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flow.
