Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervises team of support employees in day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and internal Pratt & Whitney stakeholders to identify, develop, and manage projects related to new and used parts inventory across our product lines.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of engines and parts nomenclature and configuration, with focus on accessories and components.
  • Support EIS programs with parts management
  • Utilize SAP systems, MS Excel and Power BI to perform analyses, provide recommendations to projects and initiatives, and to improve the effectiveness of the team.
  • Support both long-term and short-term strategies that drive inventory and financial commitments to RTX.
  • Influence a wide range of functional groups (Finance, Customer Service, product line management and others) to respond to customer inquiries and meet customer expectations.
  • Participates in establishing plans and maintaining data for purchased parts, subassemblies, end items and other parts as required.
  • Participates in developing plans to minimize risks for short-term shortages and ensures successful customer delivery.
  • Participates in tracking inter/intra-plant work in process (WIP), promise dating, and may expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flow.
