Supply Chain Production Scheduler

Effective communication concepts
Strong experience in ERP systems, particularly SAP/EOMP
Knowledge of procedures and tools for scheduling and controlling production runs
Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes
Knowledge of issues, opportunities, and challenges for conducting business in the international marketplace
Knowledge of effective planning techniques
Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration
Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices

Create, maintain, and adjust factory production schedules to meet delivery commitments and optimize manufacturing efficiency
Input and maintain accurate production orders, and material master data in the SAP/MRP system
Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence
Monitor progress against the production schedule and adjust plans as necessary to address issues such as delays, shortages, or changes in demand
Run and review MRP results and take necessary follow-up actions (e.g., create/change/cancel production orders)
Ensure that all data entry into SAP/EOMP is accurate, timely, and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements
Generate daily/weekly reports on schedule performance, material availability, and order status
Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline scheduling processes and improve data accuracy and system utilization
