- Extensive experience in performance management techniques
- Extensive experience in effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques
- Extensive experience in processes and methods of inventory management
- Extensive experience in logistics management
- Extensive experience in processes and methods to effectively manage business relationships and transactions with suppliers
Responsibilities
- Efficiently plans and manages inventory to align with production demands while controlling surplus stock
- Facilitates clear communication with operations, procurement, logistics, and distribution
- Coordinates with sales, engineering, and facilities management to align production schedules
- Manages and directs the logistics specialists, including training, hiring, and coaching
- Establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks to guide supply chain planning and forecasting
- Owns the North America scheduling and capacity planning elements that support both Griffin and our integrated supply base
- Leads a portfolio of projects and initiatives to drive efficiency and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- APICS CSCP Certification
