Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 2 Years of direct Supply Chain operations experience
- Experience interacting with internal or external clients
- Experience engaging or working with cross functional teams
- Experience with performing analytics and using analytical tools
Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and administration of processes and procedures for the efficient operations of corporate supply chain operations, financial reporting and processing, in accordance with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
- Proposes, participates, and assists with workflow engineering and standardization activities.
- Relates professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Composes letters/memorandums.
- Works with external clients and vendors under the direction of the reporting manager.
- Participates in training, workflow engineering and standardization activities.
- Provides recommendations for enhancements to technology solutions, business requirements.
- Assists in the creation of a project plan and keeps a task list as well as meeting minutes to be distributed to the stakeholders.
- Proactive in uncovering issues while also collecting, analyzing, organizing and presenting data in a way that stakeholders can connect and understand what they are communicating.
- Assists in the determination of operational gaps as well as assisting in developing potential remediation needed to resolve.
- Assists in creation and presentation of training material.
- Ensures work is completed by assigned deadlines.
- Responsible for gathering front line employees, supervisors/managers, in order to manage components of a project or SOP revision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher
- 1-2 years of experience interacting with internal or external clients
- 1-2 years of experience problem solving skills and analytical abilities to assess analytical and/or reporting needs
- Understanding of Labcorp operations, supply chain operations, laboratory systems or contact center systems.
- Interest in and understanding of aviation operations
