Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Finance, Business or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in multi-disciplinary procurement, leading strategy development, execution, and sourcing, or in a related field.
- 3 years of experience managing category strategies, sourcing teams across multiple categories for goods or services in the indirect category space.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier roadmap and new technology investigations.
- Lead program RFI/RFQ negotiations, supplier selection process and negotiate agreements.
- Actively participate and influence supplier and sourcing strategy and execution.
- Lead the communication with the cross-functional team and suppliers to resolve all issues raised from the development and ramp stages, serve as the escalation point.
- Manage suppliers to ensure material/supply availability and readiness for the development builds and mass production.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in global supply chain management within consumer electronics, including expertise in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Experience with commodities such as display or other modules used on consumer products.
- Experience partnering, collaborating and working cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience managing overall ramp readiness with Engineering, Operations, and Supplier teams.
- Experience in Display Optics, MicroLED, or Display Engineering.
- Ability to demonstrate self-learning, negotiation, communication, sourcing, and collaboration skills.
