Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and inventory management, or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, or beverage industry
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations in a Food GMP facility
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead critical month-end inventory accounting processes and drive successful execution of quarterly and annual SOX audit physical inventory counts
- Drive operational excellence by managing logistics and implementing inventory control systems
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the customer experience
- Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing warehouse and fulfillment team
- Apply value stream mapping and lean principles to analyze material and information flow
- Leverage strong problem-solving skills and resource management expertise to assess complex operational challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and vendors
- Provide clear, solution-oriented updates to sales and operations teams on at-risk inventory
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
