Supply Chain Intern

Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program at an accredited institution. This opportunity is open to all students, from first-year students to seniors, MS students, or MBA students.
Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
Proficiency in Excel as well as strong data analysis skills.

Collaborate with suppliers and partners to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and preventing shortages.
Actively participate in weekly meetings with key external partners, tracking project progress, documenting detailed minutes, and ensuring accurate information is communicated.
Investigate chargebacks from retailers by collecting necessary documentation and evidence, and address discrepancies to recover funds and prevent future occurrences.
Accurately process and record customer orders in our internal system, ensuring timely and efficient order handling.
Work closely with the Science & Innovation and Marketing teams to support project execution and assist in the swift completion of various tasks and initiatives.
