Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program at an accredited institution. This opportunity is open to all students, from first-year students to seniors, MS students, or MBA students.
- Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel as well as strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and preventing shortages.
- Actively participate in weekly meetings with key external partners, tracking project progress, documenting detailed minutes, and ensuring accurate information is communicated.
- Investigate chargebacks from retailers by collecting necessary documentation and evidence, and address discrepancies to recover funds and prevent future occurrences.
- Accurately process and record customer orders in our internal system, ensuring timely and efficient order handling.
- Work closely with the Science & Innovation and Marketing teams to support project execution and assist in the swift completion of various tasks and initiatives.
