Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a must) and an understanding of how ERP systems integrate with supply chain processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management software/tools

Responsibilities

  • Manually maintain and update POs and SOs in both ERP systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Track and reconcile transactions between the old and new ERP to prevent discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mismatches between systems related to lead times, order confirmations, and deliveries.
  • Serve as the liaison between Supply Chain, IT, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of data.
  • Monitor system-generated errors and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clear documentation of manual processes and system dependencies to support the transition.
  • Develop and maintain tracking reports to monitor PO/SO accuracy, backlog status, and potential risks.
  • Act as a key point of contact for supply chain-related modules, providing insights and recommendations to ensure the system supports operational needs.
