Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a must) and an understanding of how ERP systems integrate with supply chain processes
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management software/tools
Responsibilities
- Manually maintain and update POs and SOs in both ERP systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Track and reconcile transactions between the old and new ERP to prevent discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mismatches between systems related to lead times, order confirmations, and deliveries.
- Serve as the liaison between Supply Chain, IT, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of data.
- Monitor system-generated errors and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear documentation of manual processes and system dependencies to support the transition.
- Develop and maintain tracking reports to monitor PO/SO accuracy, backlog status, and potential risks.
- Act as a key point of contact for supply chain-related modules, providing insights and recommendations to ensure the system supports operational needs.
