Requirements
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Proven track record of providing procurement results
- Strong understanding of procurement related actions such as conducting market research, issuing RFI’s, RFP’s or RFQ’s
- Ability to work proactively and on an individualized basis
Responsibilities
- Identifying and understanding the requirements for goods or services
- Developing procurement strategies and plans to meet organizational goals
- Researching and selecting suppliers and managing relationships with them
- Securing favorable terms and conditions with suppliers
- Formalizing agreements with chosen suppliers
- Overseeing the execution of contracts to ensure compliance and performance
- Completing and closing contracts once obligations are fulfilled
