Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Logistics, Packaging, Computer Science, Information Systems or related).
- Minimum of 4 years of supply chain experience – data focused, database mgt. or related.
- Strong technical skills and working experience in data warehousing, database pipelining, database management, and ETL development.
- Proven experience cleaning, transforming, and organizing large and complex data sets.
- Ability to balance technical depth with practical business application — making data approachable and useful for non-technical team members.
- Exercises independent judgment in managing complex and ambiguous tasks with minimal input from direct leader.
- Effective communicator with solid oral and written presentation skills.
- Understand / improve existing supply chain network data models and drive development of new ones as business needs arise.
- Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Python /SQL / Postgres / Java / Microsoft Access and Excel / Power BI
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain supply chain data warehouse operations, including large-scale, complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes across multiple systems.
- Clean, transform, organize, and optimize existing data sets for accuracy, consistency, and usability to enable high-quality reporting and analytics.
- Partner with team members across customer service and supply chain functions to understand data needs and develop easy-to-use data access solutions for ad-hoc study requests and reporting.
- Conduct supply chain ad-hoc studies and projects as needed.
- Design and implement a lean, scalable supply chain data strategy focused on accessibility, clarity, and long-term sustainability.
- Communicate updates on new or refined data sets to multiple cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Collaborate with IT partners and system owners to improve data integrations, resolve issues, and drive best practices in data management.
- Coordination of existing supply chain reporting tools and development of enhancements.
- Monitor and manage supply chain key performance indicators for North America.
- Maintain positive working relationships with cross functional stakeholders.
