Requirements
- Working towards a degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to conduct health checks
- Assist in developing project management plans
- Support client relationships by scheduling and preparing for client meetings
- Research and document best practices for RF-SMART application design
- Assist in resolving client-reported issues
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client processes
- Proactively engage in training sessions and seek mentorship
- Assist with special projects as directed by Manager
