Requirements
- Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Self-starter with good organization skills, project management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers.
- Proficient computer skills (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and windows-based software), SAP experience a plus.
- Must be able to work onsite, not a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Support design and enhancement of Global Supply Chain business processes.
- Support development and implementation of analytical and digital tools that inform business decisions and enable business execution.
- Provide project management and facilitation support to Global Supply Chain key deliverables.
- Provide input and support for master data cleanliness activities.
- Monitor and maintain inventory and logistics data accuracy.
- Support planning system implementation and scaling.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at optimal levels across network with focus on standardizing and optimizing overall process.
- Support the generation of regular forecasts to ensure medium to long term supply.
- Support new materials readiness and contribute to the production planning aspects of manufacturing including process order management, capacity allocation, and supply planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience a plus.
