Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1 year experience as a Supply Chain Clerk
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must have basic math skills (addition/subtraction)
- Strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills
- Must have a high sense of urgency
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Previous experience with SAP and Catalyst or another inventory management system
- Pro-track experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing staff and workload to meet or exceed productivity performance standards
- Provide functional supervision to team members in the absence of Supervisor
- May assist in the training of associates at assigned location
- Facilitates team meetings, assist with employee reviews and provide feedback
- Review site employee errors and trains, coaches and provides day-to-day direction and training to eliminate potential errors
- Gathering data to support the maintenance of records including time cards/sheets, training data, etc.
- Embrace KPI’s, track trends and best practices implemented by supervisor
- Direct the workflow of team in support of customer needs and best practices standards
- Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup as necessary
